Alyssa Mock is the recipient of the 2018 UNL College of Engineering Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award. She received the award in recognition for her PhD thesis entitled �GENERALIZED ELLIPSOMETRY ON COMPLEX NANOSTRUCTURES AND LOW-SYMMETRY MATERIALS� submitted to the College of Engineering in December 2017. The award was announced and honored at the annual College-wide Graduate Student Recognition Event on April 27, 2018. The winner of the award also receives a $500 cash prize from the College of Engineering.
